RiVedi doesn't stay locked behind the counter. The booking widget brings customers from your website straight into your calendar, official WhatsApp lets you reach them on the number they already know, and API keys open only the right doors. You decide what the world sees.
Bookings from your website, day and night
Copy the /book widget and paste it onto your website, or link it from your Google listing: customers pick a service and a time from real, live slots, with no double bookings. Every request lands in your calendar ready to go, along with the details left on your site. Captcha and traffic limits keep spam and abuse out.
- The /book widget pastes onto your site
- Real slots, no overlapping bookings
- You set the services and opening times
- Turnstile captcha keeps spam away

Official WhatsApp, connected by you
Connect your WhatsApp Business number in a few guided steps: a brand-new number, or the one you already use every day. We run on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, not workarounds that risk getting you blocked. You build and manage your standard messages right in the software, and you can see delivery statuses.

The right keys, in the right hands
Every outside connection runs through an API key you create and revoke from the software. You give each key only the permissions it needs: the booking widget's key, for instance, opens the right public features and nothing else. When a key is no longer needed, you switch it off in one click.
- Create and revoke keys from the interface
- Each key with its own permissions
- Expose only the right public features
- A dedicated key for the booking widget
- Switch off a key in one click
A space of your own, separate from everyone
Your shop lives in its own space, kept apart from every other customer's. Your customers, your sales, your calendar — none of it mixes with data from other shops. Even when you open bookings to the public or connect WhatsApp, everything stays tied to your space, and only yours.
- An isolated space for every shop
- Your data kept apart from others'
- Bookings and WhatsApp tied to your space

Frequently asked questions
Can I add booking to the website I already have?
Yes. The /book widget is a snippet you paste onto your existing site or link from your Google listing. There's no need to rebuild anything: customers book from there and the appointment drops straight into your calendar.
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. You can connect the WhatsApp Business number you already use, keeping your conversations, or set up a new one. The setup is guided and you do it yourself, on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API.
Are the API keys safe?
You create each key yourself and give it only the permissions it needs. It exposes the right public features — like booking slots — and nothing else. If you no longer need it, you can revoke it whenever you want.
