The right customer at the counter, recognized in a second. The 360° card brings together their current glasses, prescription, purchases, points and consents in one place. From there you open an exam, a job or a sale without retyping a thing. And every consent stays on record.
Everything about a customer, on one screen
When a customer comes back, you don't dig through paper and old orders. The 360° card shows the glasses they wear today (from their last delivered job), their most recent exam with prescription and contact lenses, what they've bought and their loyalty points. From here you open a new exam, job, quote or sale in one click, with the customer already selected.
- Current glasses from the last delivered job
- Latest exam, prescription and contact lenses
- Purchase history and loyalty points always visible
- New exam, job or sale in one click
- Clinical prescription shown only to permitted staff
A points program that's truly yours
Reward regulars, by rules you set. You decide how many points a purchase earns, build the rewards catalog, and redemptions happen safely with no double-counting. Roles are kept separate: setup and manual credits stay with the owner and manager, while the salesperson at the counter can handle redeeming a reward. Each store can run its own rate.
- Points earned by the rule you choose
- Your own custom rewards catalog
- Safe redemption, no double-counting
- Roles split: owner sets up, salesperson redeems
- A different points rate per store
Labels to reach the right customer
Not every customer is the same, and you don't have to treat them that way. With tags you label whoever you like — contact lens wearers, premium customers, people waiting on sunglasses — and then filter the list in a moment. That's how you build the right group for a promotion or a targeted follow-up.
- Free-form labels to group customers
- Filter the customer list by tag
- Segment for a campaign or follow-up
- Find exactly who you were after
Consent in order, channel by channel
Privacy isn't a hassle when it's in the right place. RiVedi handles consent granularly, channel by channel: you can tell whether a customer said yes to WhatsApp contact, separately from anything else. And every change lands in a record that only ever adds and is never erased, in line with Article 7 of the GDPR.
- Separate consent for each channel
- Know who said yes to WhatsApp
- A change log that's never erased
- A trail in line with GDPR Article 7
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to type in the date of birth by hand?
No. If you have the tax code, the date of birth fills in on its own. Handy for birthday greetings too, and for keeping the customer card complete without entering the same information twice.
Who can see the clinical prescription on the card?
Only staff with clinical permission. On the 360° card the last exam, the prescription and contact lenses show for those entitled to see them; for everyone else that part stays hidden. Clinical data is handled with the confidentiality it deserves.
Can I decide how many points a purchase is worth?
Yes. You set the earning rule and the rewards catalog, and you can vary it by store. Setup and credits stay with the owner and manager, while the salesperson at the counter handles redeeming the reward.
