Customer data, and clinical data even more so, has to be genuinely protected. RiVedi keeps a consent record for each channel, with an immutable history in line with art. 7. You handle deletion requests in an orderly way. Article 9 health data is encrypted, accessible only by role, and every access stays on the log. Each shop has its own separate data space.

Frequently asked questions
Does RiVedi replace the electronic register or e-invoicing?
No, these are different documents. RiVedi's itemised receipt and invoice are supporting documents for the customer's tax deduction. Filing health expenses to Sistema TS, on the other hand, is fully handled by RiVedi to Sogei's web service.
Do I have to be accredited with Sistema TS myself?
Yes. Accreditation with the Sistema Tessera Sanitaria stays with the optician. RiVedi files the health expenses on your behalf, using your credentials: it builds the XML, encrypts the tax codes and transmits in certified form, so you never have to touch the Sogei portal.
Is tax compliance a paid add-on?
No. Italian tax compliance is always included, in every RiVedi edition. It's not an upsell, not an extra, and it can't be switched off by a downgrade: legal obligations are not an optional extra.
