Sistema TS: healthcare expenses from the software
Every year customers’ healthcare expenses must be reported to the Sistema Tessera Sanitaria, the Italian health card system behind the pre-filled tax return. In RiVedi every line already has its nature, AD or AA: you see a preview of the year with both shares, then generate and send, and find the protocol number and outcome. If a customer objects to the submission, you record it on their card or on the single sale. Sending requires your store to be accredited with the Sistema TS, with its own credentials: we help you with that.

VAT, documents and e-invoicing
VAT follows the item type: frame only at 22%, spectacle and contact lenses at 4%, complete glasses at 4%, and 0% with the required nature code when needed. Before you take payment, RiVedi checks the healthcare expense. From the sale you print the healthcare expense document for the tax return; the receipt still comes from your electronic cash register, which we connect case by case. If you switch it on, e-invoices are issued and received through the SdI. For your accountant there’s a VAT summary by rate and quarter, in CSV.

Made-to-measure glasses: materials statement and warranty
Corrective glasses are a medical device. RiVedi prints the materials statement, with frame and lenses and their CE marking (EU Regulation 2017/745), and the warranty certificate, and puts them in the hand-over checklist. On items, CE marking has three states, yes, no and to be checked, and can be filled in for many items at once.

Privacy: signed consents and protected health data
Consents are collected on screen: the customer reads the notice, chooses channel by channel and signs; every change stays on record. Health data is encrypted with a dedicated key and every view is logged. Only the roles the owner authorises can see it. Each optical store has its own data space, separate from other stores.

Frequently asked questions
Does RiVedi replace the electronic cash register?
No. The fiscal receipt is issued by the electronic cash register. We connect it to RiVedi case by case, store by store. RiVedi prepares the healthcare expense document for the tax return.
What about e-invoicing?
It’s there: RiVedi issues and receives electronic invoices through the SdI, credit notes included; you switch it on in the settings. Supplier invoices arrive through the SdI and you match them to deliveries.
Do I have to be accredited with the Sistema TS myself?
Yes. Accreditation with the Sistema Tessera Sanitaria belongs to the store. RiVedi prepares and sends the expenses with your credentials: we help you set it up.
