Frequently asked questions
Are the itemised receipt and invoice the final tax documents?
They're supporting documents with the tax code, AD/AA classification and VAT broken out, ready to print for the customer's deduction. They don't replace the RT electronic receipt or the SdI electronic invoice, which stay separate.
What happens if I convert the same quote twice?
It can't happen. Converting to a sale has protection against double conversion: on the first click the quote becomes a sale, reusing stock, points and numbering, and it can't be converted a second time. No duplicate document, no stock deducted twice.
How do I know who still owes me?
The receivables list gathers every residual balance: jobs with a deposit paid and the balance still open, with overdue amounts highlighted. At a glance you see who to chase and how much they owe, without tracking payments on paper or from memory.
