The answers you’re looking for
Is RiVedi compliant with the Italian Health System (TS)?
Yes. RiVedi submits healthcare expenses to the Italian Health System (form 730) with a certified client, encrypting the citizen’s tax code and classifying each line as AD/AA. Activation requires the optician’s accreditation with the Health System.
Is patients’ clinical data safe?
Clinical records are special categories (art. 9 GDPR): we encrypt them at rest with a dedicated key (KMS envelope), reports are protected, access is role-limited and every view is recorded in an immutable log.
Can I manage multiple stores from one account?
Yes. RiVedi is multi-store from the start: roles and permissions (RBAC), per-store views and HQ for the consolidated picture. Moving from Solo to Pro to Chain involves no data migrations.
Does it really work with WhatsApp?
Yes: real sending via WhatsApp with approved templates for reminders, ready jobs, birthday greetings and recalls. All opt-in and respecting per-channel marketing consents.
Can I import customers, price lists and inventory?
Yes. We import supplier price lists (CSV) and help you bring in records and catalog, so you’re operational without re-entering everything by hand.
